About Us

The Twin Palms Hotel is located directly across the street from the Arizona State University campus, and is a short 3 block walk to Downtown Tempe's shopping, dining and entertainment district.

The Twin Palms is the hotel to the stars! The Grady Gammage Broadway Theater on the ASU Campus features the Broadway series with top named productions such as Lion King, Phantom of the Opera, Mama Mia and RENT along with many more. The casts and crews of the Broadway Shows have made the Twin Palms Hotel their home while on tour for the last 12 years.

The Hotel features 24-hour complimentary transportation service to and from Sky Harbor International Airport, as well as anywhere within a 3-mile radius of the hotel's property. Many visiting executives use our shuttle to get to their office buildings, instead of renting a car. However, when a car is needed, just let us know, and we'll have the car delivered to the hotel, saving the hassle of trying to find a way to the rental location. Plus, we take care of returning the rental upon your departure.

Our 7 story property offers Single and Double Queen rooms, 7 King Parlor Suites and 1 VIP Suite. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Microwaves and refrigerators are standard in each room, along with coffee makers, irons and ironing boards. High speed internet is available throughout the entire hotel. Upgrade to our Executive Floor and enjoy the spectacular views of the City of Tempe.

Have a relaxing time by our outdoor pool which is heated during our Autumn/Winter Seasons or grab a cool drink from our On the Rocks Lounge that is open from 4pm to 2am. Also, as a guest at Twin Palms Hotel, you are granted the opportune use of ASU's Recreational Facility compliments of the hotel.

If you're looking to plan a reception or meeting, we offer two meeting facilities: The Copper Room, which is our larger meeting room that holds up to 100 guests or the Turquoise Room, which holds up to 40 guests. We offer various styles of set-up, and decorations. Catering is also available if needed.
